At METALIX, we stand behind the quality of our luxury tech accessories. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. Return Period
You may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used or show signs of wear
- Items with damaged or missing packaging
- Earbuds or audio products that have been opened (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
4. How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number
- Product name and reason for return
- Photos of the product (if defective or damaged)
We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization within 2 business days.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. METALIX is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
7. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different color, size, or model, please contact us at metalixdigital@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
8. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at metalixdigital@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

All METALIX products come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects. Warranty periods vary by product. Please contact us for specific warranty information.
